What You'll Do as a Business Analyst :


  • Conduct in-depth analyses of business processes to identify inefficiencies, areas for improvement, and opportunities for implementing technological solutions;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant data and information, including customer needs, departmental requests, and performance metrics;

  • Independently manage client relationships, analyzing their needs in detail and with precision;

  • Develop solutions based on the requirements and data collected, using innovative approaches to create business products and processes;

  • Prepare clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate analysis results to stakeholders, including project managers, business executives, and technical team members;

  • Actively collaborate with development and technical teams to implement proposed solutions, ensuring the requirements are understood and the software is developed correctly;

  • Monitor the implementation of solutions and evaluate the effectiveness of the strategies adopted, gathering feedback and measuring the results against established objectives.


The Experience and Skills That Make You the Right Fit for Our Team:

  • Experience as a Functional Analyst in guiding customer experience and delivering quality projects;

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital transformation projects;

  • Excellent knowledge of the Telco and/or Utilities markets;

  • Understanding of delivery priorities and quality;

  • Ability to present project topics clearly, concisely, and engagingly to project stakeholders;

  • Knowledge of key project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches);

  • Professional proficiency in English;

  • Knowledge of one or more ERP/CRM systems.


The Qualities That Make You Stand Out Among Candidates:

  • Knowledge of German and/or Spanish;

  • Possession of an Odoo certification.
