As part of Symphonie Prime, an international group of companies providing the highest level of applied innovation products, Air Communication is expanding in size and requirements with a growing team in our Rome, Milan, Berlin and Munich offices. As part of this expansion, we are looking for a bright and passionate Copywriter.
As a Copywriter you will join our team working on a range of multi-channel campaigns, you will be able to turn brainstorming ideas into engaging messages and build customer loyalty through simple, powerful and resonant words and thoughts.
Work both independently and collaboratively, revising copy to suit internal direction;
Work alongside clients, responding to their business needs, creating engaging texts and narratives;
Manage the cross-channel editorial plan, composing texts for the following channels:
Digital: communication campaigns on various players;
Social: development of organic content for IG, FB, YOUTUBE, LINKEDIN;
Performance: copy and creative development for campaigns with conversion targets;
Out of home: activities aimed at spreading the word about the brand;
Blog: setting up editorial activities and writing blog articles.
Be able to use different tone of voice and styles, depending on content and touch-points (for example creating some high-level acquisition copy and clear call-to-actions), while still ensuring a lively and engaging tone;
Set strategic verbal direction by ensuring grammatical accuracy and ensuring revisions for message clarity and comprehensibility related to the digital strategy.
Nice to have:
Graphic design skills to realise your ideas by yourself;
Experience in a high-tech companies.
1/2 years of experience as a copywriter/content manager;
Brief and target audience analysis to build communication concepts and copy;
Preparation of content/campaigns for traditional, digital & social media;
Experience on Owned and Paid channels;
Strong creative skills: you can turn an idea into a piece of content within few minutes, autonomously and/or by guiding people to deliver the output you envisioned (e.g. videomakers, designers);
Experience in brand identity, tone of voice and corporate storytelling.
