Our goal is to support our clients with projects that matter - moving them forward in terms of business, technology and a spirit of innovation.
What you will do as a Cloud Engineer:
You will work in a team with architects and other engineers to implement client projects for clients in financial services, software, web3, media and manufacturing.
The objectives of these projects are rich and varied: Migrating applications to the cloud, re-engineering existing workloads, planning new infrastructure, automating deployment processes, containerizing applications, optimizing the performance of business-critical software, building cloud PoCs for new products - we do it all.
You research, try out, assess and implement components and cloud services.
The expertise you bring to the table will contribute to anything from design decisions to sprint planning sessions.
You manage and operate infrastructure, both manually and using infrastructure-as-code.
As the technology develops, you stay on top of new technologies, paradigms and use-cases.
Experiences and skills that make you the perfect candidate:
Skills at deploying and managing cloud-based environments (ideally prior experience with Google Cloud Platform).
Knowledge of containerization principles, Docker and Kubernetes.
Proficient with Linux/Unix administration, networking and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using tools such as Terraform as well as automation frameworks and CI/CD.
Analytical mindset for troubleshooting and debugging issues.
Enjoys digging into new technologies, use-cases and IT landscapes.
Very good professional English, good knowledge of German is a plus.
Bonus points for cloud certifications in infrastructure and DevOps: Google PCA, Google ACE or equivalent.
